Ryuso

Drawn with pen and ink and colored with Copic markers. The details were added with a white gel pen. This is a traditional outfit of the Okinawan culture called Ryuso or Uchinaasugai from the Ryukyu dynasty era. The fabric is dyed a bright color with a traditional technique called Bingata. Bingata usually has a busy pattern that repeats itself with a nature design.
