A pen and ink drawing colored in with Copic markers. Tonkatsu is a fried and breaded pork cutlet that's very popular with the Japanese. Fun fact: Tonkatsu was invented in 1899 by a restaurant called Rengatai in Tokyo, Japan. Before that, there was only a beef version, katsuretsu.
