An art study of some jerboas. Drawn with pen and ink as well as with a gray ink brush. Jerboas are desert rodents that live in Asia, North Africa, and Arabia. They look like little kangaroos hopping along the sand and have very short arms. These jerboas in the drawing are long eared, resembling rabbits. Fun fact: When being chased, these little guys can run up to 15 mph.
