A glass jewelry box that I made back in my middle school art class. I like that we were able to try a lot of different mediums, how many people can say they made projects with glass and metals in art classes before college? The design was etched onto the glass with a solution, the glass pieces were cut by hand with a glass cutter, the metal framing went around the glass and soldered at the edges. Soldered hinges and a chain to the box as well and it has a mirror bottom. My craftsmanship was definitely not how it is today, but it was a start.
