A close up of a monarch butterfly, drawing done on scratch board. I haven't used scratch board in years, but I really enjoy using this medium. Fun fact about monarch butterflies: in Australia, they are called wanderers due to their long migrations. They are also poisonous due to their diet of milkweed plants containing cardenolide aglycones.
